Pre-orders

Why pre-order?

We are proud to say our pieces are made to order with love! Doing pre-orders helps us reduce waste and avoid overproduction! By producing only what’s needed, we actively combat waste. No excess inventory which means no unsold items gathering dust on shelves. Less waste means less strain on resources.

Our pre-order system is part of our sustainability strategy. We make our products to order, so we use our resources more efficiently and responsibly. We care about the planet and our customers. <3

How long do pre-orders take?

We value quality over quantity, and we want to make sure that every piece we create meets our high standards. That’s why our production process takes an average of 8-10+ weeks from the moment you place your pre-order. During this time, our production team works diligently to source the best materials, cut and sew the fabrics, and add the finishing touches to your pieces. We appreciate your patience and trust in our process, and we promise that the wait will be worth it.

Shipping

What shipping methods are available?

The shipping methods that are available depend on where you live. You can see the shipping options available for you once checking out.

When will my package ship?

We will try our absolute best to ship out your package within a couple of business days! But keep in mind pre-orders are all custom made to order so they will be shipped around 8-10+ weeks after the order is put through.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Once you enter your address when checking out you will see the shipping options for an international order.

Returns/Exchanges

How do I return an item

Please send us an email to info@alouralounge and we'd be happy to help you with a return.

Please note: Returns are only available for store credit!

How do I exchange an item

Send us an email at info@alouralounge.com and we can help you with the process of an exchange.

How do I cancel my order or get a refund?

We would be happy to cancel and refund you on your order if it has not been shipped!

However, if your order has shipped we can only do a return for store credit!
